Cancellation Policy

At OMA Natura, we strive to provide flexibility and transparency for our customers. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.
1. Reservations Made Through Website, WhatsApp, or Email
- Regular Tours: Cancellations are free of charge, and you will receive a full refund.
- Packages:
- Reservations require a 25% deposit of the total cost.
- Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before the trip.
- Cancellation Penalties:
- If canceled more than 48 hours before the trip: Full refund (excluding the deposit).
- If canceled within 48 hours before the trip: A penalty of 50% of the total cost will be applied.
- No-show or cancellation after the start of the tour/package: A penalty of 100% of the total cost will be applied.
2. Reservations Made Through Other Platforms
- For reservations made through third-party platforms (e.g., booking websites, travel agencies), the cancellation policy of the respective platform will apply. Please refer to the platform’s terms and conditions for details.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the reservation.
4. Exceptions
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, extreme weather conditions), we will work with you to reschedule your tour or package at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided.
